Shipping policy

We try our best to make sure we get your order ready and shipped to you in the fastest manner possible. Please understand that it may take up to 24 hours after placing your order for it to be ready for our shipping carrier to pick up. Orders are not able to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take more time to ship your order. If you are placing a rush order, please contact us so that we may prioritize your order getting out as soon as possible. 

We utilize UPS and USPS for our shipping carriers. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Orders more than $99 before tax, it will qualify for free shipping with some exclusions. If you're ordering an item 20lbs or more, there will be a shipping charge that will be calculated at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using ground shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you need expedited shipping, the customer will be responsible for paying the expedited shipping cost. If your order totals more than 150lbs or is a large item that needs to be shipped via freight truck, it will incur a $450 shipping charge.

Water Garden Gems Garden Center is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen products during shipping. If your order is lost or incurs any damage during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
